PicPT provides AI-powered image analysis. When you upload an image, our system processes it to detect objects, analyze scenes, and generate descriptive insights. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational and entertainment purposes.
By uploading images to PicPT, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, and analyze the uploaded content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, developing new features, training and refining our analytical models, conducting research, and generating aggregate insights. This license persists beyond the deletion of your uploaded content to the extent the content has already been incorporated into analytical improvements or aggregated datasets.
Images uploaded to the Service are processed through third-party AI systems. We retain processed derivatives, metadata, and analysis results to improve accuracy, develop features, and enhance our understanding of visual content. You acknowledge that uploaded content may be stored, processed, and retained in various forms including but not limited to thumbnails, extracted features, and analytical outputs for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, or contains explicit material involving minors. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access at our sole discretion.
All analysis outputs, visualizations, annotations, and derived insights generated by the Service are the property of PicPT. You may use outputs generated from your own uploaded content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
